My story
Hi, neighbors.
My name is Ava Haubner— the face behind Bake it Forward Co. From a young age I’ve always strived in the kitchen, and combined with my love for fundraising and my career path in social work, a lightbulb went off in my head. I have so many sweets and goodies to share with all of you, and I can’t wait to make your tastebuds so happy!
How did I get here?
While taking a gap semester from college to focus on my health, I was searching for an outlet — something that took my brain away from the chaos and lifted me up. Donating my time and resources to give to others is truly so special to me, and fills me with such fulfillment and joy.
Our goal?
There are tons of large nonprofits that do such great work — but often overlooked are the smaller, community-based organizations that do just as much. All funds from my baked-good sales and custom orders go directly toward one of these organizations.
